What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your business city or postcode, operating stage, package or price readiness, name, business name, type of business, phone number, email address, and the time of day you prefer to be contacted.
• If you start the form, enter your email, and do not submit it, we save your name and email address so we can follow up once by email. We do not save your phone number unless you actually submit the form.
• Which form field you stopped at. We store the name of the field, never what you typed in it.
• How you reached the site: the advertisement or link you came from. That is stored on your device and sent with the form if you submit it.
• Which parts of this page you scrolled to, and how long you spent here. This is not linked to your name or contact details.
• Standard technical information such as your browser type and device type.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site uses the Meta Pixel. It sets cookies and reports page views and form submissions to Meta so we can measure our advertising. Meta may use that information for its own purposes under its own terms, which you can read in the Meta privacy policy. If you arrive by clicking one of our Meta ads, we store that ad click identifier in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so the pixel can link a later enquiry to the ad. Meta may also receive these same pixel events through its own server connection. We do not send your name, phone number or email address to Meta.

You can limit this. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies, and Meta's own ad preferences let you change how your activity is used for advertising.

What we do with it

We contact you about the enquiry you made. Nothing else. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who processes it for us

Supabase stores the database. Resend sends our email. Lovable hosts the site. Meta measures our advertising. These are service providers acting on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Unfinished form entries are deleted on request and are not kept indefinitely.

Your choices

Email info@northskyproductions.co to ask us to delete your information, correct it, or stop contacting you. Any follow-up email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Changes

We will update this page and change the date at the top if anything changes.
